About this tool

Name the entity and list items per quadrant to get a SWOT worksheet with labeled sections, per-quadrant counts, and a computed focus line.

How to use

  1. 1Set entity to whatever you are analyzing — a business, a product, a campaign.
  2. 2Fill the four quadrants: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats — one item per line.
  3. 3Generate and read the four labeled sections; empty quadrants show an add-items prompt.
  4. 4Check the SUMMARY block: the per-quadrant counts and the focus line name the most-populated quadrant.
  5. 5Copy the worksheet and use the focus line as the agenda item for your next planning meeting.
